FLIPPER'S, a soufflé pancake specialty store, will open the first store of their new takeout soufflé pancake pudding specialty store, FLIPPER'S STAND NEWoMan Shinjuku, on April 27th.


Based on the concept of "the best dish," Flipper's offers "miracle pancakes" made with carefully selected ingredients such as eggs from Miyagi Prefecture and milk and butter from Hokkaido, baked using a simple method that brings out the natural flavor of the ingredients. Since opening in the summer of 2016, the chain has expanded to eight stores both in Japan and overseas, serving over 800,000 soufflé pancakes with a new experience and new texture.

Flipper's Stand, a new business concept, is based on the idea of "more people, more casual," and will be launched as a soufflé pancake pudding specialty store with a takeout menu only, which will revolutionize the traditional concept of soufflé pancakes. We propose a new style of enjoying soufflé pancakes daily for a variety of occasions, such as gifts or treating yourself.

Miracle Soufflé Pancake Pudding Chocolate (540 yen)
The newly launched menu item is the "Miracle Soufflé Pancake Pudding," which combines a delicate batter carefully baked using carefully selected ingredients with a custard pudding that concentrates the deliciousness of eggs. The batter is filled with homemade cream, achieving the moist and fluffy texture of a freshly baked pancake. When you put a spoon in, the cream melts and emerges, enveloping the batter and pudding as if they were one. This evolved dessert features four layers of soufflé pancakes, maple buttercream, caramel sauce, and custard pudding that melt in your mouth at different times along with their gentle flavors.

There are three types of menu items available this time. The "Miracle Soufflé Pancake Pudding Plain" (500 yen) is a smooth custard pudding topped with soufflé pancakes filled with an original maple buttercream made from boiled maple syrup and fermented butter, accented with caramel sauce. It is a simple dish that allows you to directly experience the charm of the ingredients. The "Miracle Soufflé Pancake Pudding Chocolate" (540 yen) is a rich chocolate pudding, chocolate sauce topped with pancakes filled with maple buttercream.


The spring-like "Miracle Souffle Pancake Pudding Strawberry" (580 yen) will also be available as a seasonal limited-time menu item. Made with strawberry cream, strawberry sauce, and sweet and sour fruit pulp, it has just the right amount of tartness, and the gentle sweetness of the batter and custard pudding are a perfect match.
