
All of Green Bean to Bar Chocolate's chocolates are made by hand in-store, taking approximately 45 days. They source carefully selected cocoa beans directly from around the world and take the time to carefully craft each step, including sorting, roasting, and molding, to lock in the original aroma and flavor of the cacao.
Made using only carefully selected, simple ingredients -- cocoa beans and organic sugar -- and with a spirit of careful, time-consuming craftsmanship, Green Bean to Bar Chocolate's chocolates differ from conventional products on the market in that the aroma spreads the moment you put it in your mouth.
Now, Green Bean to Bar Chocolate is releasing limited-edition chocolates for White Day.
With the hope that "one feeling will blossom and bear fruit," this Valentine's Day will see the launch of the "flower"-themed collection "VALENTINE'S LOVE."
In return, "WHITEDAY'S LOVE" uses "fruit (fruits and seeds)" as the main ingredient, representing the "bearing fruit" of feelings for a loved one. Fresh and fun "fruits" such as fig, sesame, orange, and passion fruit are combined with carefully selected cacao to create a new chocolate bar (1 type) and bonbons (2 types).
The strawberry and pistachio topped bar, which was well received in the 2017 Valentine's Day collection, will also be re-released.
