Toraya Cafe and An Stand will be releasing new "Yokan A La Carte" bite-sized yokan from April 1st. An Stand Shinjuku is currently selling seasonal limited edition products made with Tosa Buntan mandarin oranges.

Yokan A La Carte (Rose, Coffee, Ginger - 6 pieces total, 897 yen including tax)
Yokan A La Carte, bite-sized yokan that changes flavor with the seasons, is adding new flavors that make great gifts for Mother's Day and Father's Day. New flavors include "Rose," which combines a paste of domestic rose petals with white bean paste, and "Coffee," which combines fragrant, refreshing Hawaiian Kona coffee with bean paste. The yokan a la carte (897 yen including tax), which combines the ginger-flavored white bean paste "Ginger," will be available until the end of June at An Stand Kita-Aoyama, An Stand Shinjuku, Toraya Cafe Aoyama, and TORAYA TOKYO.

An Koppe (Tosa Buntan, 540 yen including tax)
An Stand Shinjuku is also offering seasonal dishes using Tosa Buntan. The Tosa Buntan "An Koppe" (540 yen including tax) is a small bun sandwiched between white bean paste made from whole Tosa Buntan and smooth bean paste paste. "Tosa Buntan An Paste Kudzu Soup" (486 yen including tax) is a kudzu soup made with white bean paste and the gentle sweetness and aroma of Tosa Buntan, sealed in with Yoshino kudzu. Both will be on sale until March 14th.
