Korean dessert cafe SULBING will be selling a new product perfect for cherry blossom season, the Matcha Sakura Sorbin (1,200 yen including tax), available only in Japan from March 10th to April 8th for a limited time and in limited quantities. 

The Matcha Sakura Sorbin is a vibrantly colored snow ice (sorbin) in the colors of cherry blossoms and greens. It's a spring-like treat, with fluffy milk shaved ice like powdered snow topped with bittersweet matcha powder, fresh cream, sliced daifuku (rice cake) and sakura mochi-style ice cream. The mellow flavor of the sakura mochi-style ice cream and the bittersweet taste of the matcha create an exquisite match, and adding the accompanying matcha sauce for a totally different taste takes it to the next level.
The stores that will be selling this product are SULBING HARAJUKU in Tokyo, SULBING TENJIN in Fukuoka, SULBING SENDAI in Sendai, and SULBING HAKATA, which will open in Hakata on March 10th, for a total of four stores in Japan.
