"Fiorentina Pastry Boutique" on the first floor will be offering seven types of Valentine's Day sweets, including four new creations. The two "Baton Chocolat (Valentine's Version)" (2,000 yen each) are baton-shaped chocolate bars specially made by the chef. This year, they offer two types of high-quality sweet chocolate and milk chocolate, and you can personalize your message of up to 20 characters to create a one-of-a-kind original chocolate. Reservations for these items will begin online from 11:00 on January 22nd, and will end when they are sold out, with only 100 of each item available. Other items on offer include "Bonbon Chocolat" (1,200 yen), which includes two types of chocolate: one decorated with a floral design reminiscent of raspberry and lemon, and one with a coffee flavor containing pamplemousse; "Gâteau Chocolat" (2,000 yen), a moist and rich classic baked confectionery that lasts for a long time; "Lollipop" (500 yen each), which is a playful and cute treat shaped like a heart, star, or dog's paw; "Chocolat Cosmos" (3,000 yen each), a Valentine's Day sweet for adults with a surprise, containing bonbon chocolates, heart-shaped chocolates, and rice crispies inside a chic chocolate box reminiscent of a planet in space (cosmos); "Orangette" (1,500 yen), a classic chocolate-coated orange peel; and "Hazelnut Chocolat" (1,500 yen), a luxurious treat with the enjoyable texture of carefully selected, fragrant hazelnuts.

A total of six sweets will be available for White Day, including four new varieties. The White Day versions of "Baton Chocolat" (2,000 yen each) come in two flavors: white chocolate and strawberry chocolate. Just like Valentine's Day, these are one-of-a-kind White Day sweets, limited to 100 of each, and can include a message of up to 20 characters. The "Icing Cookies with a Message" (1,000 yen), gorgeously decorated with sprinkles and edible flowers, can also include a message of up to 15 characters, making them one-of-a-kind original cookies. In addition to the online reservation-only items with original messages, items with messages such as "THANK YOU" and "WITH LOVE" will be on display in stores.
Also available are cute bite-sized "Heart Cookies" (3 pieces for 900 yen) garnished with edible flower petals, "White Day Assorted Sweets" (2,500 yen) featuring colorful dragées, strawberry and rose gingham, and two types of icing cookies (large and small) packed in a silver tin, "Lemon Jet" (1,500 yen) with lemon peel coated in crushed almonds and white chocolate, and "Hazelnut White Chocolate" (1,500 yen) with large, fragrant Italian hazelnuts coated in white chocolate. Online reservations for the Baton Chocolat and icing cookies with original messages will begin at 11:00 AM on February 19th.

"Fiorentina," the Italian cafe on the first floor, has introduced two new desserts: the warm "Strawberry Calzone" (2,000 yen), baked and filled with strawberry sauce and white chocolate, and the classic Italian ravioli (1,800 yen), served in strawberry soup.
"Strawberry Calzone" is a baked dish filled with strawberries, white chocolate, mascarpone, raspberry puree, etc., and when you cut into it, the strawberries and white chocolate sauce ooze out. You can also enjoy it as a warm and savory dessert by mixing it with the accompanying homemade pistachio ice cream.
The "Chocolate Ravioli" is a unique dessert pasta dish made with rosehip pasta dough, wrapped in chocolate, and served with homemade vanilla ice cream, floating in strawberry soup and garnished with strawberry-flavored candy.
