Decorate with playful alphabets. Chloe launches its first personalization service

Nov 25, 2017

Chloé is launching its first-ever personalization service at its flagship stores in major cities around the world.

With the personalization service, customers can customize their bag with up to three letters of their choice (¥6,000 each) when they purchase any of Chloé's five iconic bag collections—DREW, FAYE, MARCIE, NILE, or PIXIE. The playful metallic gold engraving on Chloé's luxurious leather bags adds a touch of glamour to any outfit.

The service will launch at its flagship stores in Paris and New York, as well as at its new boutique in Ginza 7-chome, Tokyo, opening on December 2nd, boasting Japan's largest sales floor. The service will also be available at limited-time pop-up shops featuring a curated selection of festive items at the Hankyu Umeda flagship store (from November 29th) and GINZA SIX (from December 13th).

In addition, to commemorate the opening of the new Ginza boutique, the brand will release limited edition items from its signature collection of bags and small leather goods, featuring bold star-motif patchwork and studs. The boutique will also feature a VIC salon furnished with vintage furniture, creating a luxurious space where customers can fully experience the brand's worldview.
