Patisserie Kihachi has been selling "winter sweets" since November 1st, including snowman-shaped sweets and verrines in beautiful Christmas colors of red and white, to get you excited for Christmas. 

The new sweets include the adorable snowman-shaped "Bohomme Doneige" (605 yen including tax) that will get you in the Christmas spirit, the beautiful red and white Christmas-colored "Verrine Mixed Berry Parfait" (605 yen including tax), the surprising "Verrine Blanc" (594 yen including tax) where red Thai berry jelly flows out when you put a spoon into the pure white verrine, "Verrine Citrus Parfait" (648 yen including tax) that allows you to enjoy the freshness of seasonal citrus fruits, and "Saint Marc" (540 yen including tax) which is layered with rich chocolate mousse, smooth vanilla mousse, and almond biscuit. There is a selection of tempting sweets to get you in the Christmas spirit, including "Chibouste" (562 yen including tax), a Kihachi-style take on the traditional French dessert "Chibouste."
The "Nama Chocolate Roll" (540 yen including tax for one slice / 2,160 yen including tax for 14cm), which is popular at this time of year every year, will also be on sale from October 30th to January 9th, 2018. The moist, fine-grained chocolate chiffon dough is rolled up with smooth, melt-in-your-mouth raw chocolate and rich fresh cream, and topped with a s'more-inspired meringue and browned. It is also recommended as a sweet treat for an early Christmas party with close friends or family, or as a gift.
