(Right) Soy Tiramisu (1 piece) 594 yen
Unsweetened soy milk is prone to separating and does not go well with coffee, but SOICINO LATTE overcomes this issue by using specially roasted beans in-house. The result is a carefully crafted soy milk latte that matches unsweetened soy milk with the fruity flavor of espresso. Soy Tiramisu, with its surprising creaminess and light texture that makes it hard to believe it is dairy-free, is a gluten-free dessert made with rice flour. The rich aroma of the espresso soaked into the sponge is also appealing.
At the eat-in area, baristas offer soy milk latte art, the classic original soy milk "SOICINO," and coffee beans roasted in-house specifically for soy milk are also available for purchase. You can thoroughly enjoy the carefully crafted menu of this soy milk cafe, which "will make even those who don't like soy milk want to drink it every day."
