3.1 Phillip Lim has released its Spring/Summer 2014 campaign visuals. The photos were taken by documentary photographer and film director Vincent Van De Wijngaard. Shot in South Africa, the campaign elegantly depicts "freedom" against the backdrop of nature. Model Anna De Rijk was chosen. A one-minute video has also been produced. This season's collection is themed around the elements of the earth, expressing the beauty of things created by nature. Sharp silhouettes feature short tops, below-the-knee skirts, and tapered pants, all featuring prints and embroidery featuring geological layers, and leather with a pearlescent finish that recreates the texture of minerals.
