Mulberry's SS14 visual features Cara Delevingne and animals having a tea party

Feb 6, 2014

British brand Mulberry has cast model Cara Delevingne in its Spring/Summer 2014 campaign. This marks Cara's second appearance in the brand's runway show. Photographed by Tim Walker. Art director Ronnie Cooke Newhouse chose the theme of a "beautiful and slightly naughty tea party." The ad visuals are set in an English country house, with Cara surrounded by English roses and playing with animals including a dog, pelican, parrot, turtle, and pony. Brand director Anne-Marie Verdin praised Cara, Ronnie, and Tim Walker, saying, "I've never been on a shoot with so much talent in one room." He said that the beautiful visual look also made the animals well-behaved, but added playfully, "The mischievous monkey was so naughty that he had to go home..."
