The Shibuya Fashion Week Executive Committee will be holding its first-ever "Shibuya Fashion Week," a collaborative campaign to revitalize Shibuya through fashion, from March 10th to 23rd. Eleven stores—109 Men's, cocoti Shibuya, Shibuya 109, Shibuya Parco, Shibuya Hikarie, Seibu Shibuya, Tokyu Department Store Toyoko Branch and Main Branch, Tokyu Plaza Shibuya, Marui City Shibuya, and Marui Jam Shibuya—will collaborate with relevant government agencies and local shopping districts to launch a new fashion-themed initiative. Kenji Onishi, chairman of the Shibuya Fashion Week Executive Committee, commented, "Through this campaign, we will convey the appeal of fashion and further disseminate information about fashion culture." A special stage will be set up in front of Shibuya Hachiko Square from March 14th to 16th as the main venue. Joint campaigns and individual events are also planned.
