Haider Ackermann launches men's line with pop-up shop at Hankyu Umeda

Jan 21, 2014

Haider Ackermann will hold a pop-up event featuring men's wardrobes in a special space on the first floor of the Hankyu Umeda Main Store from January 22nd to 28th.
After receiving positive reviews for its first men's collection, which was presented at Pitti exclusively for the 2010-11 Autumn/Winter season, the brand will be fully launching its men's line in Spring/Summer 2014. It is deliberately called "HAIDER ACKERMANN men's wardrobe" rather than a "collection."
Inspired by tattoos, the brand has created garments that mix high society and street style. By combining silk jackets with jersey and leather pants, the brand proposes styling that combines a rebellious spirit with the elegance characteristic of the brand.

Price ranges are 130,000 to 180,000 yen for jackets, 75,000 to 90,000 yen for pants, 200,000 to 230,000 yen for coats, 50,000 to 80,000 yen for shirts, and 20,000 to 30,000 yen for cut and sewn items. Jackets exclusive to the Hankyu Umeda Main Store will also be available.
