Dell'Acqua's "No21" Men's Collection Debuts in Fall/Winter 2014-2015 [Pitti Report]

Jan 16, 2014

Alessandro Dell'Acqua's men's line, No21 (Numero Ventiuno), will launch in the Fall/Winter 2014-2015 season. It was unveiled on January 12th as a special installation at the Florence National Library (Biblioteca Nazionale) as part of Pitti Immagine Uomo 85. The collection cleverly combines real trends, such as stadium jackets, college sweatshirts, Chesterfield coats, short duffle coats, fisherman jackets, and Hawaiian motifs, resulting in a cute and elegant look that is characteristic of Dell'Acqua. The styling, which coordinates ankle-length slim pants with colored shoes and stockings embellished with studs and glitter, is sure to garner attention in the market. The Neapolitan designer, who focused on comfort with a double-faced lining for low-gauge knitwear, has expressed his concept of "EFFORTLESS" on a bonded sweatshirt.
