Pringle 1815, a brand operated by Sanyo Shokai, will open a pop-up shop from the 4th to the 10th in the event space on the first floor of the Iwataya main store in Tenjin, Fukuoka. This marks the brand's first event at Iwataya.

The shop will feature a selection of men's and women's items, primarily knitwear, perfect for Christmas gifts. Items include twin sets of matching cardigans and pullovers, modernized argyle knitwear, and accessories such as scarves, brooches, and bags. Purchases of 15,750 yen or more will receive an original candy gift. The shop will be decorated with pop illustrations of the brand's iconic rampant lion by British artist Stephen Sutcliffe, who was featured in this season's advertising wall paintings.

Pringle 1815 launched in the Spring/Summer 2013 season. While inheriting the brand identity of the long-established British brand Pringle of Scotland, which was founded in 1815, the store offers a lineup of more contemporary items under the concept of "MAKE THE NEW STANDARD." There is a wide range of knitwear items, including jackets and bottoms, available in a wide variety of colors.
