L'Oréal Paris conducted an online survey on women's beauty and lifestyle awareness from the 6th to the 7th of last month targeting 300 working women interested in the latest beauty news. 62% of women responded that they actively take anti-aging care, and of those, 71% considered themselves to have a positive personality. 88% also responded that they are particular about fashion. Furthermore, 75% of those who actively take anti-aging care feel that their lives are fulfilling, compared to 50% of those who are passive. In terms of romance, respondents also reported that their relationships with their partner or spouse are going well (86%) and that they are popular with the opposite sex (47.1%), which were higher than those who are passive. The top three anti-aging care methods were "using high-performance cosmetics from cosmetic manufacturers" (42.7%), "massaging the face and scalp" (41.1%), and "training facial muscles" (23.2%). Although 73.6% of respondents answered that "compared to a few years ago, there is less resistance to undergoing cosmetic treatments at a clinic or cosmetic dermatology clinic," only 10.8% answered that they have "actually had experience with cosmetic treatments at a clinic, prescriptions, or high-performance cosmetics," and 86.3% of respondents expressed their hope for improved functionality in home care products, saying, "It would be good if there were over-the-counter cosmetics that could provide the same results as cosmetic treatments at a clinic or cosmetic dermatology clinic."
