
Shiseido closed its Shiseido Life Quality Beauty Center in Gotanda, Tokyo, on September 27th in conjunction with the opening of its new headquarters, the Shiseido Ginza Building (7-5-5 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo). The center will reopen on October 22nd, relocating to the 5th floor of the Shiseido Ginza Building. It will be open by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. In a private setting, professionally trained staff offer personalized, free makeup lessons for skin concerns such as bruises and scars. Since its opening in June 2006, the center has welcomed over 3,000 visitors, including those referred by medical institutions. Shiseido's products, including foundations that correct melanin tone and blue and red tones, are available at approximately 370 locations nationwide, including the Shiseido Life Quality Beauty Center, the comprehensive beauty facility Shiseido THE GINZA, Shiseido specialty cosmetics stores, department stores, and medical institutions.
Shiseido provides original products and makeup advice to people with serious skin concerns. It positions this as part of its CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities through cosmetics, and will continue to carry out activities to support the improvement of QOL (Quality of Life).
