3.1 Phillip Lim opens second largest store in Japan at Ginza Six

Apr 10, 2017

On April 20th, 3.1 Phillip Lim will open a new store within GINZA SIX, a new shopping complex opening in Tokyo's Ginza district. The new store will house women's, men's, and accessory collections, and boasts the second largest floor space in Japan. It will be the first to embody the brand's "Studio Luxury" global store concept, the first of its kind in Japan, designed by creative director Phillip Lim in collaboration with New York-based MR Architecture + Decor. The opening will also feature works by ceramic artist Jin Morimoto, adding a touch of color to the space. Further collaborations with Japanese creators, including Nakagawa Woodcraft and Futamata Studio, will be curated by fashion director Fusae Ota.
