"YY 80's PUNK BOOTS" (58,000 yen), a footwear collaborative design by Yohji Yamamoto and adidas, went on sale on April 8th.

These shoes were redesigned by Yohji Yamamoto, inspired by 1980s punk culture. The toe of the lace-up long boots features a "shell top."

The front bootlace hooks feature matte black neo-bar buttons, creating a casual look. The back features white stitching along the back zipper and white embroidery of Yohji Yamamoto's signature logo on both sides, creating a contrast between the front and back designs.

The material is a combination of cowhide and natural-textured linen, giving the boots both a hard and light feel. Although the sole appears flat from the outside, it has a 5cm insole built into the bottom, giving it a clean shape.
