Stella McCartney's Spring/Summer 2017 swimwear collection is here!
Inspired by and designed for women, this season's swimwear features cutting-edge technology, focusing on shapes and details that support and flatter the female body.
The brand's signature animal motifs are updated in a vibrant new salsa red. Captivating patterns and sporty silhouettes combine to create one-shoulder dresses, jumpsuits, and cover-ups. Classic swimsuits with mesh detailing feature racerback styles and logo plaques. Lace and botanical embroidery add luxurious details and embellishments, creating sophisticated silhouettes with deep Sky Captain prints and scalloped hems for a retro feel.
Prints include mix-and-match marble and monochrome graphic horse prints. Vintage florals, with a touch of grunge, are featured in ultra-feminine bikinis with chic ruffles and ruched details. Popular swimwear also returns, including color-blocked designs inspired by the illusion dresses from the Fall/Winter 2016 collection, and athletic neoprene and mesh designs. Light pink and yellow crochet bikinis are adorned with charms, while gold stripes create a stretchy combination. Select items are currently available at the Stella McCartney Aoyama and Stella McCartney Roppongi Hills stores, as well as the official online store. Sales will begin at the Stella McCartney Isetan Shinjuku store from April 7th, where in addition to swimwear, an ivory beach bag exclusive to the Isetan Shinjuku store will also be available.
