Premier International will open the commercial facility "PREMIERE YOKOHAMA" (1-30-1 Nakagawa Chuo, Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture) on the 25th. Business hours will be from 10:00 to 21:00, with some exceptions.
The facility is located just a 0-minute walk from Center-Kita Station on the Yokohama Municipal Subway, offering excellent access to the city center, approximately 22 minutes from Yokohama and 34 minutes from Shibuya. It is located in Kohoku New Town, a commercial area primarily for families, with a commercial environment lined with large shopping malls, abundant greenery, parks, and educational facilities. The facility, with sales floors spanning from the first to seventh floors and a total floor area of 8,822 square meters, aims to provide a place where women can find the things and things they need to live beautifully, with the goal of shaping a life stage of "beauty, decoration, and freedom" that goes beyond the everyday necessities of "food, clothing, and shelter." A number of shops are opening for the first time in Kanagawa, including J.PRESS CLUB, the first Japanese branch of J.PRESS, and women's select shop deep sweet easy. Also opening are shoe specialty store Ginet Jelly Beans, which has a foot care corner, and bag brand Kipling. There's also a wide selection of Scandinavian design shops, including EDITION BLUE PREMIERE YOKOHAMA, a select shop by Otsuka Furniture and design office nendo, Illums, a lifestyle specialty store with a Scandinavian modern concept, and BoConcept, which was founded in Denmark in 1952. The mall will also feature the custom-made sofa shop "Raffine Living," "WAZA," which opened its first store in New York, and "SAKURA JITENSHA SHOKUNIN KYOTO," a bicycle shop featuring Kyoto-based bicycle craftsmen.
Restaurants with terrace seating will also be available, including "THE DISH AND CUP," a new business concept from Transit General Office, and "Vino e Pasto," serving European cuisine with a Spanish and Italian twist. The seventh-floor rooftop will house the multipurpose "PREMIERE HALL," which can accommodate approximately 800 people standing and 260 seated. Plans call for concerts, fashion shows, various seminars, and merchandise sales events. The seating area will feature a world-first system that utilizes the latest "AIR" seismic isolation technology to significantly reduce floor vibrations.
