Pierre Hermé Paris Aoyama has reopened, reborn as a space with a boutique offering a wide selection of viennoiserie and baked goods, and "Heaven" where you can experience haute patisserie. On the second floor, they offer seasonal desserts à la lachette (plated desserts), and the boutique on the first floor has a counter where you can enjoy baked goods with coffee.

◇A must-see for matcha lovers! Seasonal "Matcha" Sweets

■Flipper's, a soufflé pancake specialty store, introduces the fluffy "Miracle Pancake: Matcha Azuki"
Based on the concept of "the best dish," the "Miracle Pancake" is made with carefully selected ingredients and a simple method that makes the most of the natural power of the ingredients, resulting in a new fluffy texture and a new melt-in-your-mouth experience. Now available as "Matcha Azuki" (1,100 yen), it is a part of the popular "Miracle Pancake." This will be available as a limited-time menu item at all Flipper's soufflé pancake specialty stores until May 31st.

■Toraya Cafe will be offering a seasonal "fruit parfait" using matcha pudding and soy milk ice cream
Toraya Cafe will be offering a "Matcha Fruit Parfait" (1,100 yen) made with rich matcha kudzu pudding, bean paste paste, and lemon-flavored soy milk ice cream until June 15th, and from April 14th to the end of June (planned), a "Matcha and White Bean Cake" (regular 2,400 yen, small 400 yen) made by baking a rare white bean paste mixed with matcha and white chocolate will be available for a limited time only.

Toraya Cafe An Stand Shinjuku is holding a Golden Week pre-sale ahead of the release of its "An Paste Shaved Ice" on May 15th. Three flavors, "An Paste Shaved Ice [Matcha]," "An Paste Shaved Ice [Condensed Milk]" (650 yen each), and "An Paste Shaved Ice [Matcha Condensed Milk]" (750 yen), garnished with matcha syrup and a rich bean paste [Ogura An], are available exclusively at this store.
