"Masaharu Kozuma" will open its first Western-style confectionery pop-up store at the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store for five days only, from October 1st to October 5th, 2021.

About Chef Patissier Kozuma Masaharu
 
Born in Kagoshima Prefecture in 1988.幸宏 English: After graduating from Tokyo Confectionery College, he worked at Patisserie Caroline and Criollo before becoming a chef pastry chef at Patisserie Coffee. He has won numerous awards, including three gold medals at the Japan Cake Show, first place in the chocolate category at the World Chocolate Masters national qualifying tournament, and third place overall. He currently plans events at Social Kitchen TORANOMON in Toranomon and develops sweets in collaboration with Thai chocolate maker Kad Kokoa.
