Frederic Cassel will be selling limited-edition Halloween-themed sweets from October 1st to 31st. Among the limited-edition sweets being released this time is the "Guimauve Halloween" (1,080 yen), an orange and blackcurrant guacamole, a classic French pastry with a fluffy texture and a rich fruit flavor. The "Halloween Macaron" (260 yen) is a Halloween-colored orange and black guacamole filled with pumpkin ganache. Other sweets include the "Sable Halloween" (756 yen), which offers a delightful contrast between the refreshing orange sable and the bittersweet chocolate sable, and the "Chocolat Halloween Assortment" (from 1,512 yen), which contains Halloween chocolates filled with orange ganache. Starting October 14th, the "Tarte Halloween" (756 yen) will be available, featuring a biscuit encased in passion fruit and milk chocolate ganache, topped with a dark chocolate ganache monté.
