Hon-Atsugi Mylord Central Building and East Exit Shopping Arcade, directly connected to Hon-Atsugi Station on the Odakyu Line, will be reopening as Mylord East on May 24th.
Based on the concept of "Daily Arrangement," the facility's design is inspired by Atsugi's original landscape, aiming to create a space that adds a little something extra to everyday life. The "Trend Select Shop Zone (Mountain Walking Path)" adjacent to the two ticket gates will be home to a collection of fashion and general stores such as FREE'S MART and MINIPLA, as well as cafes. The newly constructed "City Cross Zone (Collected Tree Garden)," which includes the new East Exit and two plazas, will be centered around restaurants, and a statue of Ayukoro-chan, Atsugi City's mascot character, will be installed in "Ayukoro-chan Square" next to the ticket gates. The "Life Service Zone (Riverside Promenade)", which connects commercial, office and residential areas and faces an underground passage, is lined with convenience stores, real estate agents and other service stores that provide convenience to local residents.
An opening commemorative campaign will be held until June 1st, with a stamp rally taking place throughout the entire building. Customers who spend over 2,000 yen on the opening day will receive a free tumbler as a novelty gift. Additionally, the first 5,000 customers who shop using transportation electronic money such as Pasmo or Suica will receive a gift of shoe etiquette goods.
