Odakyu Electric Railway will open Odakyu Marche Sobudai, a commercial facility directly connected to Sobudai-mae Station on the Odawara Line, on July 3rd.

The facility is five stories tall and has a total floor area of 8,000 square meters. The anchor tenant is a grocery store on the first floor, with shops such as Blue Bleuet, a general goods store, and Re.Ra.Ku, a relaxation salon, located on the second and third floors. There will be a total of 17 stores, including a bakery cafe, fast food, a fitness club, and a nursery school (opening next spring).

On the opening day, July 3rd, Zama City's mascot, Zamarin, will make an appearance. An event will be held, including an opening commemorative original bakery giveaway on a first-come, first-served basis. The facility is scheduled to open at 10:00 on the day.
