Intertextile Pavilion Shenzhen, the world's largest international trade fair for apparel fabrics and accessories, will be held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in China from July 10 to 12, 2014.

The exhibition will feature a wide range of lace, embroidery, wedding apparel, and accessories. It will also showcase high-quality materials, knitwear, and yarns that can be used in a variety of clothing styles.

According to organizers, demand in the southern China textile market has grown in recent years, leading to an increase in the number of international exhibitors. This year's pavilions will feature Korea and India, and Taiwan will participate for the first time. The pavilion will occupy Halls 2, 3, and 4 of the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, with a total floor area of approximately 30,000 square meters, a 33% increase from last year.

The Indian pavilion will exhibit high-quality yarns and fibers. Korea will exhibit functional woven materials, linen-like rayon materials, rayon-blend georgette, leno weave, and cupro shirts. Participating for the first time, Taiwan will be exhibiting with 12 companies dealing in knitwear, functional materials, lace, embroidery, and more.

Shenzhen is home to many women's clothing factories, while nearby Zhongshan is a leisure goods center, Huizhou is a menswear center, and Hong Kong is a business hub. Taking these factors into consideration, there are voices saying that there is great potential for business opportunities and an increase in buyers in the future, and the area is attracting attention.

In addition, the 14th China International Fashion Brand Fair - Shenzhen will be held simultaneously in Halls 1 and 9. A fashion show will be held in Hall 5.

The event is organized by Messe Frankfurt Hong Kong, CCPIT-Tex (China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Textile Industry Sub-Council), and Shenzhen Garment Industry Association.
