
FACETASM has opened a pop-up store, "Summer Collection WHITE×BLACK," showcasing its 2014 Spring/Summer collection at The Stage on the third floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building. It will be on sale until June 3rd. The best-selling item from the Spring/Summer collection, a tight denim skirt with ruffles on the sides (mini ¥21,000, knee-length ¥22,000), is available in a white colorway exclusively for Isetan. A striped top from the collection, reimagined in monochrome French leaves (¥20,000), in keeping with the theme of this collection, is also available exclusively at this store. Available in two colors: white and off-white stripes, and white and black stripes. The hamburger- and Coca-Cola-themed bangles, necklaces, and other accessories worn by models on the runway are collaborations with the creative collective "magma." Sunglasses, socks, and other accessories will also be available during the pop-up shop, showcasing the brand's unique style.
FACETASM designer Ochiai Hiromichi, who was selected as a supporting designer by Mercedes-Benz in March this year and is a promising young designer, said, "The theme for the 14SS season is 'cross-gender' and 'town feel.' By using black and white as the main colours and incorporating them into the design, strength and beauty were created. I am very honoured to be able to hold the final event of the spring/summer season, which is a very special season for me, at Isetan Shinjuku."
