A BATHING APE will be holding "Re:construct in TOKYO," a collaborative exhibition by animator Katsuhiro Otomo and collageist Kosuke Kawamura, at BAPE EXCLUSIVE in Aoyama from May 24th to June 8th.
This exhibition is the Tokyo version of the "Re:construct" exhibition held at BAPE GALLERY in Kyoto in the summer of 2013. More than 20 pieces will be on display, including collages of Otomo's works that Kawamura used as material for the main visual for the "Katsuhiro Otomo GENGA Exhibition," as well as new works that Kawamura has been creating as a life's work.

A black T-shirt (7,000 yen) printed with the collaborative work will be sold exclusively at the Tokyo exhibition, and other items available include Reconstruct Exhibition T-shirts in black and grey (6,800 yen each), a black tote bag (9,800 yen), and a poster (1,000 yen).
