ELLE cafe will open the "COYO SHOP" on the basement floor of the Isetan Shinjuku store for a limited time from August 3rd to September 13th.
ELLE cafe's coconut yogurt, also known as "COYO," is an additive-free plant-based yogurt made by fermenting coconut milk with vegan probiotics (plant-based lactic acid bacteria). Compared to the 4.7g of sugar per 100g of regular dairy yogurt, COYO is low in sugar at 3.7g. Rich in medium-chain fatty acids (components of coconut oil), it is expected to help burn fat and improve metabolism. It is also rich in dietary fiber, providing a cleansing effect.
The limited-time "COYO SHOP" will sell a wide variety of yogurts topped with COYO and seasonal fruits such as ripe mango and Shine Muscat grapes. A total of 17 varieties of yogurt will be available, including seven classic jar-sized Koyo varieties (800 yen) and ten Koyo cup varieties (650 yen), perfect for gifts. One standout item is the Isetan-exclusive Koyo, made with premium Shizuoka muskmelon, worth 15,000 yen per piece. The overflowing juice, rich sweetness, and melon aroma are a perfect match for the Koyo. Gift sets (Koyo Premium Melon 3,000 yen, Gift Set of 4 3,800 yen) will also be available. Additionally, the Koyo Cup Series, perfect for gifts (Koyo Gift Set of 4 starting from 2,600 yen), will also be available for pre-sale. The bottom tier contains Koyo, while the top tier is filled with seasonal fruits and superfood granola, allowing you to assemble the cup just before serving. There are four gift options available, and they can be shipped nationwide.
