WORLD BREAKFAST ALLDAY will be offering a "Danish Breakfast" (1,500 yen) from July 5th to September 4th.
Depending on the period, WORLD BREAKFAST ALLDAY offers a variety of representative breakfast dishes from various countries on one plate. This time's "Danish Breakfast" will feature the Danish national dish "Smørrebrød (open sandwich)," which means "butter and bread." Smørrebrød is a quick and easy dish made with buttered rye bread topped with a variety of toppings, and is often eaten for lunch. There are classic topping combinations, and simple toppings are also popular for breakfast.
This time, the breakfast will be served with the classic morning toppings of ham and beetroot jelly, potato, and radish. The menu will be complemented by items such as "Hamberkeronsteker," a bearded white bread topped with poppy seeds, which means "carpenter," Paleikyskokoleu, a type of Hamberkeronsteker topped with commercially available chocolate, cheese, or jam, and Ulbro, rye bread boiled in beer. Also available will be Denmark's signature drink, "Saftzen," a concentrated drink made from summer-harvested berries and elderflowers, as well as summery Danish desserts. There will also be a number of events, including workshops related to Denmark, scheduled to be held during the event.
