Every woman dreams of achieving the dignified, classical look of Audrey Hepburn or Grace Kelly. But many people don't know what kind of makeup to apply.

So, today's theme is "Urban Classical Makeup," featuring designs from RMK's 2016 A/W Collection. We asked RMK makeup artist Takuya Tsukamoto to teach us a technique-free approach. This heroine makeup, like something out of a 1950s black-and-white film, is sure to help you discover a new side of yourself.

How to Create "Urban Classical Makeup"
1. Eyeshadow

Dab the deep brown "Classic Film Eyes 03 Classic Film" onto the high part of your eyelid. Gently pull your eyelid upwards and spread it with your finger, then blend with another finger to easily create a three-dimensional effect. Take "Classic Film Eyes 01 Silver Screen" from the same series on a brush and apply it to the crease of your eyes. Applying a bright silver to the crease instantly enhances the classic look. Because it is water-based, shaking the container before use will result in a more beautiful color.





Since you won't be applying eyeliner, use a curler to firmly curl your eyelashes. After clamping your eyelashes, slowly lower the curler straight down to create a beautiful, rounded curl. Apply Separate Curl Mascara N 01 to create a sharp, liner-like look.


3. Eyebrows

To create eyebrows that match your eye makeup, we deliberately leave the eyebrow process for after your eye makeup. Apply the gray Powder Eyebrow N to the areas where the hairs are thin. Applying gray deep into the brow hairs creates a shadow and improves balance. Next, use "W Eyebrow Colors 01 Caramel Gold" mascara to apply color from the inner corner of the brow, following the natural flow of the brow hairs. Finally, fill in the gaps between the brow hairs with liner to unify the overall tone.


4. Cheeks

The eyes are already striking enough on their own, so limiting the blush to highlighting the bone structure will create a harmonious look. Dab "Classic Film Cheeks 03 Nude Haze" on the low cheekbones and blend with your fingers. Applying color low in the brows naturally creates a three-dimensional effect.



5. Lips

Classic Film Gloss 03 Apply "First Rose" to the included applicator, starting from the center and gently spreading it out to the sides. This lipstick has a stain effect that improves in color over time depending on the moisture and temperature of your lips.
