From September 1st to November 30th, Palace Hotel Tokyo's pastry shop, Sweets & Deli, will be serving sweets and breads made with luxurious autumn flavors.

Among the menu items being offered this time, "Chatenier" (1,134 yen including tax) is characterized by its moist flavor, made with a generous blend of two types of chestnuts. "Black Tea Cream Chestnut Dish" (345 yen including tax) is a classic chestnut dish with black tea custard cream and chestnut paste, shaped like a chestnut burr, heralding the arrival of autumn. Other items on offer include "Mushroom and Escargot Butter Ciabatta" (367 yen including tax), a bread made with oven-baked mushrooms flavored with shallots and escargot butter, and "Walnut Baton Cep Flavor" (367 yen including tax), made with walnut dough and finished with cep butter.

Sweets on sale include the "Fig and Raspberry Tart" (648 yen including tax), made with a richly fragrant almond tart base and plenty of fig and raspberry mousse; the "Carrekaka" (648 yen including tax), a cake with fragrant bronze chocolate, caramelized pear, and peanut praline; and the "Sudachi" (648 yen including tax), a cake made with meringue dough and chocolate mousse with the refreshing scent of sudachi citrus.
