The headquarters, located in a hilly area and boasting an area of approximately 165,000 square meters, is covered in green grasslands from spring to autumn and a pure white world in winter, and on clear days, the nearby Mt. Awagatake and Mt. Sumon offer beautiful views. Furthermore, because it is on a hill, surrounding light is blocked out, allowing you to enjoy the twinkling stars in the framed sky.
On clear nights, you can have the starry sky all to yourself
At the store, you can see all of Snow Peak's current products in person and even see them set up in the field. What's even more amazing is that all Snow Peak products, with the exception of fuel and consumables, can be rented at the campsite. Also recommended for beginners, the "Empty-Handed Camping Plan" camping support program provides all the necessary camping equipment (except for food) and includes advice on setting up and taking down the tent. The Empty-Handed Camping Plan costs 39,800 yen per night, per group, including tax, with check-in at 1:00 PM.
In addition, basic campsite use is for an overnight stay from 9am to 12pm the following day, and costs 1,500 yen (tax included) for adults and 500 yen (tax included) for children during the regular season from April 1st to October 31st, and 1,000 yen (tax included) for adults and 300 yen (tax included) for children from November 1st to March 31st. Day camping from 9am to sunset costs 500 yen (tax included) for adults and 300 yen (tax included) for children during the regular season, and 300 yen (tax included) for adults and free for children during the off-season.
Also, during the four-day summer vacation season from August 11th to 14th, there will be workshops on making rainbow-dyed flags and wood pendants, vegetable harvesting experiences, and a special venue where hand-held fireworks (limited to overnight guests) which are normally prohibited will be opened.
