BPQC, a brand that proposes a high-quality lifestyle for intelligent consumers, will begin rolling out its Fall/Winter 2016 collection on August 24th. Starting this season, the brand has added rich colors that evoke the changing of the seasons to its lineup, which previously focused on achromatic colors. Content in line with this worldview will also be posted on its website (WWW.BPQC.JP ).
For Fall/Winter 2016, BPQC is proposing a style that is cool yet somehow feminine. Even within basic items, BPQC's idea of "comfort" is expressed through design, function and price.
A wardrobe essential, this minimalist white cotton slim-fit shirt (11,000 yen) is sewn in a factory in Yamagata. The yoke is sewn with a gentle curve, allowing for comfortable shoulder movement. Furthermore, the shirt's sides are sewn with a super-fine felled seam, a technique used in men's shirts, making it soft against the skin, and the attention to detail for women who know their stuff is evident everywhere.

Also noteworthy is the gabardine trench coat (¥69,000), crafted with the utmost craftsmanship of Japanese artisans, elevating your fall look. With over 200 steps, each one is carried out with the highest quality, resulting in a dignified silhouette and a distinctive look. Thanks to the expert ironing and sewing techniques of a factory that produces trench coats for various fashion houses both in Japan and overseas, this "Japanese trench coat" is a coat you'll want to wear for years to come.

The website has also been revamped as a place where you can experience BPQC's philosophy.
Going forward, the website will share seasonal looks, the "stories" behind the creations, and the lifestyles of people who share BPQC's worldview. It will be positioned as a place where people can experience the BPQC philosophy.
BPQC is a private brand launched in 2000 by the late Fujimaki Yukio, who was a buyer at Isetan at the time. In 2014, Murakami Kaie of SIMONE INC. was appointed creative director, and the brand was rebranded to offer comfort basics that align with the values and lifestyles of modern, intelligent consumers. BPQC items are currently available in 73 stores across Japan.
