Givenchy will collaborate with Isetan Shinjuku for the first time, releasing its limited-edition capsule collection, "GIVENCHY ESSENTIALS," at the store on September 7th. Ahead of the launch, the brand has released specially produced visuals and a video. Based on the brand's aesthetics of Givenchy Black, streetwear, and couture spirit, the collection features pieces that express a love for Japan, such as baby's breath prints that capture the beauty of Japan's four seasons and star motifs inspired by the youthful style of Tokyo's streets. The specially shot "GIVENCHY ESSENTIALS" campaign features actresses Mari Natsuki and Yuka Mannami, as well as Hong Kong singer Chau Pak-ho. The unique Japanese landscapes and the use of traditional kimonos as props emphasize the brand's celebration of Japan. Additionally, by filming in Paris against the backdrop of Japanese scenery and using traditional kimonos as props, the limited-edition collection's unique worldview is expressed, weaving Japan into the collection created by Creative Director Riccardo Tisci.
