Marche du Q-pot., the bag line from Q-pot., known for its sweets-themed accessories, has released its first school bag. The design is inspired by chocolate and biscuits and comes in three colors: Bitter Chocolate (dark brown), Strawberry Chocolate (pink), and Milk Biscuit (beige). A brand representative said, "The design is full of Q-pot.'s signature style, and the matte texture and colors make it easy to coordinate with clothes. It's popular." The cube-shaped bag is large enough to fit an A4 clear file, yet weighs just 1.2 kg. It features an automatic rotating lock and adjustable shoulder straps that fit snugly against the back. The school bag has a handle at the top and reflective tape on the sides. It also comes with an original timetable pocket and a novelty drawstring bag. The price is 68,250 yen.
Due to popular demand, the deadline for advance orders, which were being taken at Q-pot.'s Harajuku flagship store and official online shop, has been extended by one month and will continue until July 31st. General sales will begin in August at department stores nationwide.
In addition, a portion of the sales of the randoseru will be donated to the school lunch program run by the WFP (United Nations World Food Programme) in developing countries through the Red Cup Campaign.
