Japanese fashion brand Onitsuka Tiger offers a contemporary collection that blends fashion and sports, heritage and innovation.

The Fall/Winter 2021 collection draws inspiration from the majestic winter scenery of the Himalayan Mountains and the trekking and hiking boom of the 1970s.

This season, Andrea collaborated with Toyoki Adachi, designer and art director of the textile graphic brand "nowartt," to create graphics that are incorporated into collection pieces. Combining two opposing concepts—vintage x art, analog (hand-drawn) x digital—these textile graphics are featured on classic tracksuits, down jackets, and backpacks. This collection reflects Onitsuka Tiger's origins in lifestyle technology, specializing in functionality, and the brand's aesthetic, characterized by meticulous craftsmanship and design details. Key items in the collection include fleece, excellent for winter warmth, and a nylon series featuring a blend of eye-catching neon colors and unique, intricate embroidery. Minimalist designs are also showcased for creative styling. Puffer coats and striped jackets and dresses create a streamlined, modern vibe. The footwear lineup features the latest models, blending elements from Onitsuka Tiger's archives with contemporary design. This season, Onitsuka Tiger, beloved around the world, will feature a diverse lineup of unique designs, including boots with excellent grip that evoke the image of clinging to and climbing even the steepest of mountains, likening urban life (metropolitan mentality) and modern society to a mountain. Based on the trekking shoes that first appeared in 1966, the "HMR PEAK TRAINER" has been updated in design and functionality for modern lifestyles. Other upcoming models include the "MOAGE CO" and "MOAGE MO", which combine a classic design with a modern and stylish feel, and the "BIG LOGO TRAINER PUFFED", which features a striking Onitsuka Tiger stripe that extends all the way to the outer sole.
