Launched in 2002 as part of the Maison's High Jewelry collection, the Piaget Rose is one of the Maison's most iconic pieces. Crafted by the artisans of Piaget's "ateliers where excellence is created," the new collection is more joyful than ever, celebrating the meaning of sharing and generosity.
Piaget Rose Ring
This meticulously crafted green tourmaline ring echoes the deep green of the leaf. A striking tourmaline weighing approximately 5 carats is set at the center of the ring, surrounded by gold flowers and diamond buds.
The bold and original setting is inspired by Piaget's High Jewelry. Additionally, the back of each ring features a delicate "Rose Azure" openwork. Each ring requires an incredible amount of skill, taking approximately 50 hours to complete.

Watches as Art - Glyptic and Enameling
For many years, Piaget watches have been adorned with artisans such as micro-mosaic, wood and stone marquetry, embroidery, engraving, miniature enamel and grisaille enamel. This latest release is a captivating watch that combines the Maison's technical expertise with gold engraving, ornamental stones, engraving and enamel. The gemstone engraving technique known as "glyptic" is typically used on larger stones found in jewelry, and is rarely performed on such miniature scales. The dial depicts a bouquet of the Piaget Rose. The miniature gold roses on the dial are glyptic carved or engraved, then brought to life with the perfect shade of enamel. Once the enamel is complete, each of the ornamental stones is then glyptic carved one by one. The edges of the enamel petals are meticulously engraved again, and the bouquet is finally assembled. It is a puzzle-like process that requires the utmost dexterity.
