A new deli and cafe using mousse, created under the supervision of the chef of OGINO, the "hard-to-book French restaurant," opens in Ginza

Oct 5, 2015

Nu Dish Mousse Deli & Cafe, a deli and cafe with a menu supervised by chef Shinya Ogino of OGINO, a restaurant known for its "hard-to-get-booked French cuisine," will open in mid-December in Tokyo's Ginza district (Mihara Building 1F, 4-8-4 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo). The restaurant is produced and operated by Transit General Office, a "food hit maker" known for operating renowned establishments such as bills, a restaurant known for serving the "world's best breakfast," and Max Brenner Chocolate Bar. The restaurant's signature dish is mousse. Ogino, who oversaw the menu, has created a dish that takes mousse, which is typically thought of as a dessert, and takes a completely new approach while utilizing its natural soft texture.
