Bills, the all-day casual dining restaurant known for serving the "world's best breakfast," has opened a new location in Marronnier Court at Tamagawa Takashimaya Shopping Center. The restaurant recently unveiled a menu exclusive to the restaurant. The interior features a wooden ceiling and concrete floor, featuring olive-colored sofas reminiscent of those found in Bill Granger's own home, walls covered with antique Turkish rugs, lustrous blue pillars, and a pastel pink bar counter. Paintings carefully selected by Bill Granger himself add a unique touch to the space. The restaurant offers well-balanced dishes made with fresh ingredients by Bill Granger, as well as coffee and fresh juices. One highlight is the "Buckwheat Bowl" (1,500 yen), a salad topped with a poached egg, exclusive to the Futako Tamagawa location. The bowl was inspired by the abbreviation "Nikotama" (Nikon-Tamagawa). The health-conscious menu features buckwheat, a gluten-free ingredient rich in fiber and minerals, and the superfood quinoa, paired with kefir yogurt. The restaurant also offers approximately 20 new, satisfying, health-conscious dishes, including the "world's best" breakfast, gluten-free options, paleo diet options, and low-fat, high-protein options. The menu showcases Bill Granger's latest creations, including his favorite breakfast dish, the "almond milk chia seed pot" (900 yen), made with homemade almond milk; the "jasmine tea smoked salmon" (1,500 yen, small plate 1,300 yen), a dinner favorite among London gourmets; and the Queen Elizabeth II-approved pavlova (800 yen).
