
Andaz Tokyo will be accepting reservations for Christmas cakes and offering limited-edition Christmas plans such as lunch and dinner courses starting November 1st.
The pastry shop will offer five types of Christmas cakes created by pastry chef Masateru Okazaki. The lineup includes the "Apricot Hazelnut Cake" (4,000 yen), which features a new texture of apricot compote and sautéed hazelnut mousse; the "Buche de Noel" (4,500 yen), which is apricot jam wrapped in cocoa dough and flavored with cherry kirsch; the "Blue Cheese Fig Honey Cake" (3,800 yen), which has a sophisticated taste that pairs well with wine and other alcoholic beverages; the "Cassis Mont Blanc" (3,500 yen), which features a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness from chestnut cream made with fragrant Aso chestnuts and cassis jelly; and the "Strawberry Shortcake" (12cm 3,900 yen, 15cm 5,100 yen), which is a honey sponge cake soaked in berry syrup and decorated with two types of fresh cream and strawberries. Reservations will begin on November 1st, and collection will be available from December 19th to 25th.
In addition, from November 20th to 25th, limited-time flavors of the signature eclair will be available: "Christmas Pudding," "Strawberry," "Apple Cinnamon," "Rum Marzipan & Plum," "White Chocolate," and "Caramel Banana" in two sizes: large (520 yen) and small (220 yen). A box set of six will also be available (large 3,100 yen, small 1,300 yen). Also during the same period, the restaurant will offer the "Festive Gift Bucket" (2,800 yen), "Festive Gift Box" (5,500 yen), and "Festive Gift Basket" (9,000 yen), which are perfect assortments of sweets that make perfect Christmas gifts.
Main dining Andaz Tavern will offer a special menu for both lunch and dinner from December 19th to 25th only, creating a romantic Christmas atmosphere. For lunch, they will offer a "Lunch Box" (4,000 yen) with dishes such as shrimp cocktail and Burgundy-style beef cheek, and a "Lunch Course" (5,000 yen) where you can leisurely savor roasted lobster and beef tenderloin. For dinner, they will offer a "Christmas Gala Dinner" (4 courses 18,000 yen, 5 courses 22,000 yen, 6 courses 25,000 yen) with a special menu that makes generous use of fresh ingredients such as foie gras, quail, and Miyazaki beef.
