Jean-Paul Hévin will be exhibiting at the chocolate festival "Salon du Chocolat 2017" - come taste crepes and limited edition chocolates!

Dec 16, 2016

Jean-Paul Hevin will once again be exhibiting at Salon du Chocolat 2017, the world's largest chocolate festival, which will be held at Tokyo International Forum Hall E from February 2nd to 5th, 2017.

Among the chocolates being exhibited this year, "Coussin d'Amour" (800 yen) is a crepe created in collaboration with Christine Ferber, a master of jam who is also known as the "Jam Fairy." The jam, supervised by Ferber, is wrapped in Hevin's special chocolate-flavored crepe. Two flavors, "Amarena & Griotte Cherry" and "Orange & Passion Fruit," will be available for sale (eat-in/take-out).

The "Profiteroles au Chocolat" (800 yen), also available for sale (eat-in/take-out), is Evan's version of profiteroles, with crispy petit choux topped with a generous amount of Evan's special chocolate sauce made from Brazilian Grand Cru cocoa. You can enjoy the smooth, melting taste of Chantilly chocolate on top of the warm chocolate sauce. There will also be many other Valentine's Day products and products available exclusively at Salon du Chocolat. An assortment of bonbon chocolates in limited edition packaging will also be available.
