Starting January 1, 2017, Andaz Tokyo will be offering special winter-only menus at its restaurants and bars. Andaz Tavern, which uses seasonal Japanese ingredients and serves European cuisine, will be introducing "Pain de Cheese Fondue" from January 4 to February 28, perfect for warming your chilled body from the inside out. Handmade cheese from Crommiers in France's Seine-et-Marne region is baked in sourdough bread with plenty of truffles and herbs, and served fresh without cooling. This signature Andaz Tavern dish can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, from tearing off pieces of bread to dipping them in cheese, to savoring the bread itself, saturated with cheese. Small plates that go perfectly with cheese, such as "Baked Young Potatoes Wrapped in Pancetta," "Leg Ham," and "Marinated Mushrooms," as well as "Grilled Sirloin Steak" are also available. The menu offers a variety of dishes perfect for sharing with friends, family, and colleagues.
In addition, a special Valentine's Day dinner will be offered on February 14th to add a romantic touch to your Valentine's Day celebrations. The four-course meal includes an appetizer of salmon, oyster, and cucumber salad with avocado crème and pink peppercorns, followed by pan-fried foie gras, which brings out its rich flavor, a soft lamb chuck main course, and a stylish dessert plate lavishly decorated with chocolate. A welcome drink of champagne by the glass is also included.
From January 5th to March 19th, Cafe & Bar BeBu will be offering a hearty menu perfect for a New Year's party, titled "New Year's Party Plan/Cheese Fondue & Tapas Party." The menu includes a "Special Cheese Fondue," in which ingredients such as farm bread, broccoli, and roast potatoes (Inca Awakening) are dipped in an original blend of cheese flavored with German kirsch, as well as a variety of tapas and seasonal desserts. What's more, the set includes 90 minutes of free drinks, with a choice of draft beer, wine, cocktails, and soft drinks, making for a truly satisfying party menu.
The rooftop bar on the 52nd floor, which offers a panoramic view of Tokyo's nightscape, will be hosting the "Whiskey Skittle Cocktail" event from January 1st to February 28th. In addition to a wide selection of distinctive whiskeys made with carefully selected ingredients, creative cocktails using a variety of single malt, blended, and Japanese whiskeys will be served in sophisticatedly designed skittle bottles.
