
RISE & WIN Brewing Co. BBQ & General Store, a microbrewery in Kamikatsu, Tokushima Prefecture, will open its first Tokyo location, "RISE & WIN Brewing Co. KAMIKATZ TAPROOM," on the first floor of THE WORKERS & CO. (1-4-2 Higashiazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo), a community place in Higashiazabu, Tokyo, on April 6th.
The taproom will offer a variety of guest beers from Japan and abroad, including four original craft beers brewed in Kamikatsu, Tokushima Prefecture, embodying the zero-waste philosophy of not producing waste. The four types of craft beer from Tokushima Prefecture are "LEUVEN WHITE" (800 yen), "PORTER STOUT" (800 yen), "PALE ALE" (800 yen), and "IPA" (850 yen). To help reduce waste, the store offers returnable bottles, so you can fill up your favorite bottle and take it home to enjoy. The brewery's specialty dishes include "Oven-Grilled Awa Sudachi Chicken on the Bone" (1,500 yen), made with Tokushima Prefecture's local chicken, "Awa Sudachi Chicken," and "Grilled Venison Sausage" (900 yen). The menu also includes BBQ dishes, such as "Grilled Awa Sudachi Chicken on the Bone" (1,500 yen), which is made with the brewery's specialty Awa Sudachi Chicken, a local chicken from Tokushima Prefecture, grilled on the bone, and "Grilled Venison Sausage" (900 yen). Other items available include a "Dried Fruit Platter" (1,200 yen) made with fruits from Tokushima Prefecture, and a "Pulled Pork Sandwich" (1,000 yen) that is only available for lunch and can be taken out.
