
Hotel New Otani's Tea Lounge and Garden Lounge will be offering a limited-time "Dessert de Printemps" dessert plate from Pierre Hermé Paris until May 31st.
This "Dessert de Printemps," perfect for spring, features Pierre Hermé Paris' signature "Ispahan," made with rose, lychee, and raspberry, as a smooth cheesecake. The crumble, with its delightful texture, is topped with rose-flavored ice cream, and rose petals on top create a gorgeous dessert plate.
Guests can also choose from two original Pierre Hermé Paris teas: "Te Jardin de Pierre," a Ceylon tea blended with 13 herbs, and "Te Ceremonie," a blend of Japanese tea and jasmine tea with herbs.
