The Nordic Lifestyle Market will be held on March 12th and 13th at the United Nations University Courtyard in Aoyama, Tokyo. Following the first event held last December, this second event will showcase items that emphasize the craftsmanship inherent in objects and experiences, rather than the superficial lifestyle that the term "Nordic" might suggest. This year's event will be held in conjunction with the "Farmer's Market @ UNU," which is held every Saturday and Sunday at the United Nations University Courtyard. This time, eight furniture stores from the Tokyo area specializing in Nordic vintage furniture will be gathered together. In addition, a total of 50 stores will be selling items, including Nordic vintage goods, baked goods, coffee, beer, books, records, and plants. Items on offer include cups purchased from Sweden, a 1960s Danmark dining chair, and a rocking horse designed by designer Kai Posen in the 1950s and 1960s. Information about participating stores will be updated regularly on the event's official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/events/1973376416221682/), and information about products will be updated regularly on the event's official Pinterest page (https://jp.pinterest.com/farmersmarketjp/nordic-lifestyle-market-02/).
