Craft beer restaurant "CRAFT BEER KITCHEN" opens in Jiyugaoka

Sep 10, 2015

CRAFT BEER KITCHEN, a restaurant offering a more accessible beer experience, will open in Jiyugaoka, Tokyo, on September 17th (1st basement floor, 2-9-6 Jiyugaoka, Meguro-ku, Tokyo). The interior, designed with a brick and tile motif, offers tables for two to four people and sofa seating for a more relaxed dining experience. Ceiling fans and pendant lights create a cozy, adult-oriented atmosphere. The entrance also features 20 beer taps, the most in Jiyugaoka. Lunchtime offers a healthy, vegetable-focused menu. Tapas are also available for those who enjoy beer and sparkling wine after lunchtime. Dinnertime dishes include the signature "CBK Chicken," as well as "Fresh Vegetable Bagna Cauda" made with organic and contracted vegetables, the colorful and visually appealing "Vegetable and Egg Fruit Flavored Pickles," and "Superfood Chickpea Hummus," a health and beauty staple popular with international celebrities.

The drinks offered will range from India Pale Ale (IPA), said to be the most popular craft beer today, to vibrant, light fruit beers. Organic wines will also be available.
