MARNI will be releasing its new fragrance, Marni Rose (30ml/8,400 yen, 65ml/12,075 yen, 120ml/17,850 yen) in Japan for the first time.

Designer Consuelo Castiglioni created the fragrance with the same attention to scale and proportion as he does to fashion. The sculptural bottle features the brand logo and polka dots.

The fragrance has top notes of mint and cardamom, a middle note of the natural scent of rose (rose absolute) with the added spiciness of Bulgarian rose, and is rounded off by woody notes of patchouli and cedar. It will be available at Marni stores from October. Marni has a licensing agreement with Estée Lauder's Aramis and Designer Fragrances division and launched its first fragrance in Europe and the US in February of this year.
