
Moncler announced that Sergio Buongiovanni will join the Moncler Group's Board of Directors. Buongiovanni has previously held key roles, including head of the group's finance department and overall business services, and currently holds a 0.25% stake. He will continue to hold his current positions in Moncler's domestic and international subsidiaries, including as chairman of the Moncler Lunettes eyewear line and director of the Industries Sportswear Company. Additionally, the brand announced that Luciano Santel, who served as managing director and general manager of Italian brand Stefanel since 2009, will join the company as chief corporate officer (CCO), effective September 16th. Santel, who holds degrees in business administration and economics and has previously served as chief executive officer of an international auditing firm, the US-based Retail Brand Alliance, Inc., and the Italian eyewear manufacturer Luxottica, was selected by Moncler Chairman and Creative Director Remo Ruffini primarily for his achievements in the financial markets.
