DARIO, a fashion brand that debuted in February of this year, will open a limited-time shop in the TOKYO Kaihoku (Liberation Zone) on the second floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building from the 25th to the 8th of next month.

The shop will sell unisex debut collections and bags featuring original textiles and embroidery, based on the theme "You Are Surrouded!" The shop will also offer an advance sale of "Collection 02," which was recently released at the joint exhibition "rooms 27." The first 100 customers who spend 5,250 yen or more will receive a free handmade doll made by the designer himself.

The shop will also feature an exhibition of works that won the "2011 Taiwan Fashion Design Awards," which was the catalyst for the brand's debut, as well as a display featuring the brand's mascot. Additionally, the shop will create a pure white, "zoo"-themed sculpture, which will be painted with original stamps and other art tools, creating new works together with visitors. Photos of the works will be posted on DARIO's official Facebook page during the period. Dario is a unisex fashion brand created by Taiwanese designer Hsieh Ren-hsin. It won the Newcomer Grand Prix at the 2011 Taiwan Fashion Design Awards. It is sold at select shops such as WALL in Laforet Harajuku.
